Before You Book:
A few things to consider before booking your tour -
- I reserve the right to decline any book/author that I feel may not be a good fit for our hosts. If I come to this decision, it will be before I start organizing your tour, and a full refund will be issued if payment was made.
- All of our hosts are avid readers and book lovers, but please know that your book may be promoted on a blog that you may think doesn't fit your book genre. If you have concerns, you can email me ahead of time with them - vbtcafe@gmail.com
- Once I start organizing your tour, usually within 24 hours of booking tour, No Refunds for any package will be available as payment goes into organizing and promoting your tour.
- You may send in 2 chapters of your book for review, before you sign on for your tour to see if you'd be a good candidate for the VBTC if you are concerned.
- If your book is not yet ready for tour, we can discuss Cafe' Creations Virtual Assistance Services to get you ready.
- Depending on the number of authors touring, it may take 2 - 8 weeks to finalize your tour.
- You may consider a giveaway or contest for readers - Kindle Contest, Gift Cards, Ebooks, Paperbacks, Swag, Free Service/Consult, or Gift Bundles.
- You may also consider a Hosting Incentive - Usually a gift card, paperback, or free service/consult.
- We do not guarantee or promise an increase in sales--(though many authors do find their sales increase while on tour with us) but you will gain exposure..
- All bloggers are given the opportunity to signup to host your tour, though some may not be genre specific, please keep in mind it's a great way to introduce your book to those that may not normally have found you. (You just never know who may be interested).
- Booking a tour becomes a binding contract for our services. (See Author Services Policy)

Promotion of Tours:
All tour stops are promoted via our social networks, author groups daily, and once a week tours are sent to our mailing list. We also have a Street Team, so please understand that your tour stop will also be promoted by them and you may see comments signed by "Pit Crew". This means that in addition to host promotions, our promotions, and those that may follow your tour, you will also be promoted by our Pit Crew Street Team. Each time you see this, your tour is also promoted out to their social networks and groups as well.
*Note* We offer monthly prizes to our Pit Crew Street Team and if you're an author that would like to donate to our prize pot with things such as bookmarks, post cards, ebooks, paperbacks or other items/merchandise, it would be greatly appreciated while also giving you some free promo and possibly extra reviews.
